SHIPPING 

• All items are made in house at unsorted studios. Please allow time for shipping if not stated "Ships immediately". 
• All orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail please allow up to 3 days for processing, in addition to shipping time. Time frames may vary depending on location.

Returns 

• We only accept returns or refunds in cases of production errors or quality issues. Unfortunately, we cant offer returns for issues that occur during shipping. 
• We are happy to offer repairs for normal wear and tear if its something we can fix - like straps or a seam. Just reach out to us and we can let you know if its doable.
